Shipping update

As previously mentioned, despite the ongoing situation the shop remains fully open and operational.

Due to an increase in the number of orders we are receiving, we are now sending out orders twice per week, instead of just on Fridays. However we been told by Royal Mail that unfortunately customers can still expect significant delays on their orders. Royal Mail have said that 1st class orders are being given priority at the moment. These seem to be taking around 4-6 days to ship, whereas 2nd class orders are taking around 10-20 days. 

Rest assured that all stock levels are up to date and accurate, and we are attempting to restock "sold out" items as quickly as we can, in particular our own range of MAD Marble Machines. Thank you very much for your understanding during this challenging period.
