RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you have purchased an item from us and are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, we will do our very best to help. In the first instance, please drop us an email at sales @ madfactory.co.uk, call The MAD Museum on 01789 269 356 selecting option 1, or message us via our facebook page at facebook.com/madmuseumworkshop.
Unwanted item (no item fault/damage)
If you have changed your mind after purchasing your item, for whatever reason, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days, provided:
- the product is unopened and the product together with its packaging is in its original condition
- you have the necessary proof of purchase (order confirmation, etc)
- you pay the required postage costs to return the item to us.

Please include a copy or note of your order name & number within the package.
As soon as we have received the item and are satisfied that the above conditions are met, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
Faulty or damaged item
If an item you have purchased arrived in a damaged condition, or you suspect it is faulty, please contact us in the first instance, describing the nature of the issue and including supporting photos and/or videos where possible.
Once we are satisfied that the item purchased is not fit for purpose, please return the item to the address mentioned above, including a copy or note of your order name & number within the package.
Once we have received the item, we will process the refund or exchange. MAD Factory will cover the return postage costs, these will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the item.
Technical/ construction related issues
Many technical & construction related issues arising with kits can often be resolved via email or phone conversation with ourselves, so please do get in touch if you are having problems with your build.
