Delivery & Postage

All items are sent from the MAD Factory warehouse in Kenilworth. Depending on order volumes and staff capacity, we endeavour to dispatch all items within 48 hours of ordering. 

Shipping is all via Royal Mail. In order to reduce the burden of shipping costs on our customers, we now offer subsidised small parcel shipping rates, as follows:
